Esme Singh Shaiza to Represent India at Miss Friendship International 2025

IMPHAL, Manipur: Esme Singh Shaiza, the winner of Miss Shirui Lily 2025, has been selected to represent India at the Miss Friendship International 2025 pageant, scheduled from October 15 to November 5, 2025, in Chengdu, China.

In a press conference, Shaiza expressed her delight and pride in representing Manipur and India on the international stage. She appealed to the people for their good wishes, moral support, and prayers, highlighting Manipur’s rich culture and tradition.

Shaiza emphasized the need for unity and reconciliation in Manipur, which has faced ethnic conflict in recent years. She expressed her desire to be a beacon of hope, peace, and harmony.

The Miss Shirui Lily winner thanked her parents, family, friends, and well-wishers for their support. She also expressed gratitude to the Department of Tourism, Government of Manipur, Hannah Kamei, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Thoubal, and various fashion designers and local weavers for their support.

Rubaru Mr. India 2021, Mr. Songashim Rungsung, facilitated her participation in the international pageant. The organising committee of Miss Shirui Lily 2025, The Indigenous Foundation, also received her appreciation for their support throughout her journey.
