EKHON | UKHRUL: Haokok Thang-Ta Academy’s Yungreiphi Awungshi Shimrei from Hungpung clinches Gold in Khonglon-Khutlon Event at the 30th National Junior Thang-Ta Championship in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

With 17 Gold, 4 Silver and 5 Bronze, Manipur emerges Team Champion while Jammu and Kashmir secures Runners-up Spot at the National Thang-Ta Championship.
The 30th National Junior Thang-Ta Championship was formally inaugurated by Dr. Huidrom Premkumar Singh, Grand Master and President, World Thang-Ta Federation, in the presence of Vinod Sharma, General Secretary, Thang-Ta Federation of India.

The National Championship, held from 5-7 Oct, 2024, saw participation from 535 athletes representing 26 states across India.
