Ukhrul’s Not Funny Band releases new single, ‘Long Days’

EKHON | UKHRUL: After two years gap, Not Funny, a rock pop band from Ukhrul in Manipur is back with their new original single called ‘Long Days’. It is currently streaming in multiple platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon music. Like their previous songs, it is a feel-good music with a dash of retro-feel especially in their music video.

As per their official Instagram page it said, “Long Days” is a heartfelt plea for companionship and reassurance. The lyrics convey a deep desire to be with someone special, emphasizing the fear of loneliness. The lyrics express a strong desire to be with someone special, asking them to stay and be present. The recurring theme of not wanting to live without this person and the plea to stay resonates throughout the song. The song also mentions facing challenges in the relationship but promises love even during disagreements. Overall, “Long Days” is a passionate and sincere appeal for connection and emotional support.”

Known for their preppy vibe, the four-member band, Wungramthing Shimray (vocals), Kachuimi Luithui (Bass), Soringthing Raihing (guitar) and Sp Wotsa (drums) debuted with “Dance with me” in 2019 and ever since they have been entertaining and building fan base with their refreshing music and style. “Long Days” is their fourth original single after “Dance with me”, “Walk Through” and “Unfamiliar Feelings”.
